Terms of Service.
These terms govern access to Deepslate (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. Enterprise customers may sign a Master Subscription Agreement that supersedes these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to circumvent workspace isolation or access another customer’s data.
- Don’t use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
- Don’t abuse rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks.
- Connect only data sources you’re authorized to access.
Customer data
You retain all rights to your data and warehouse contents. You grant Deepslate a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not train models on customer data.
Service availability
Deepslate targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Status is published at /status. Enterprise contracts may include a Service Level Agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Customer data is deleted within 30 days of termination per the Privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepslate's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
