Public documentation.

These docs cover the public setup paths, trust pages, and support contacts for Embrasure. Customer-specific runbooks, data policies, and security documents are shared with customers through the appropriate workspace or under NDA.

Product operation

1. Start with a workspace

Create or join an Embrasure workspace, then add the data sources your team wants the agent to understand. Workspace roles control who can configure sources, run agent workflows, and review administrative changes.

2. Connect an agent client

Use the Claude Code setup page to install the Embrasure MCP server with a scoped dashboard token. The server exposes workspace, catalog, query, and pipeline tools to approved clients.

3. Review before acting

Embrasure records agent activity with actor, timestamp, target, and metadata. Higher-risk operations are designed to run through approval policies instead of silent background changes.

4. Get support

For product questions, email support@embrasure.ai. For security reports, email security@embrasure.ai and include reproduction steps and expected impact.
